This content-rich session offers grades 5-8 science educators with an in-depth exploration of how the Sun, hydrosphere, and atmosphere interact to influence the water cycle and Earth’s weather. The goal is to boost teacher background knowledge and inspire educators to want to learn more about weather phenomena. The session will be facilitated by guest presenter, Dr. David Pitts, a retired NASA scientist and UHCL professor of Geoscience.
